• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment according to established SOPs and work instructions.
• Perform production activities according to the assigned process, production schedule, and daily output targets.
• Monitor machine conditions, process parameters, and product quality during production.
• Perform basic machine setup, loading and unloading of materials, and minor adjustments where required.
• Conduct visual inspection and basic quality checks to ensure products meet the required specifications.
• Identify and report machine abnormalities, quality issues, or process deviations to the Production Supervisor, Technician, or Engineer.
• Record production output, quality results, machine conditions, and other required production data accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the production area in accordance with 5S requirements.
• Follow all company safety rules, PPE requirements, cleanroom procedures, ESD controls, and other applicable safety requirements.
• Handle production materials and products carefully to prevent damage, contamination, or defects.
• Support troubleshooting activities and cooperate with Technicians and Engineers when machine or process issues occur.
• Participate in training, skill development, and competency assessments as required.
• Support continuous improvement activities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, and yield.
• Ensure proper handover of work, machine status, and production information to the next shift.
• Perform other production-related duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
