Position : Senior Application & Process Improvement Executive

Job Summary

The Senior WMS/TMS/E-Commerce Application & Process Improvement Executive is responsible for managing, supporting, and improving logistics operational systems including Warehouse Management System (WMS), Transport Management System (TMS), E-Commerce platforms, and related logistics applications.

This role focuses on system optimization, operational efficiency improvement, troubleshooting, implementation support, reporting analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure smooth warehouse, transport, and order fulfillment operations.

The position acts as the key coordinator between Operations, Customers, Management, and System Vendors to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

System Operations & Support Manage and support daily operational activities across WMS, TMS, E-Commerce, and related logistics systems.

Monitor system transactions to ensure accuracy for inbound, outbound, inventory movement, transport planning, and order fulfillment.

Troubleshoot operational system issues and coordinate with vendors or IT support for timely resolution.

Support RF scanner, barcode system, label printing, and system integration activities. Ensure smooth operational flow and minimize system downtime.

Process Improvement & System Enhancement Identify operational gaps and propose process improvement initiatives.

Lead and support workflow enhancement and operational efficiency projects.

Participate in system implementation, migration, enhancement, and integration projects.

Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and system validation before deployment.

Analyze operational performance and recommend automation or optimization opportunities.

Prepare and maintain SOPs, workflow documentation, and user guidelines. Inventory, Transport & Operational Control Monitor inventory accuracy and transaction integrity across systems.

Support stock take, cycle count investigation, and discrepancy analysis. Monitor transport and delivery transaction flow through TMS.

Ensure order processing and fulfillment activities meet customer requirements and SLA.

Generate operational reports and KPI analysis for management review.

Leadership & Coordination Act as the key person for logistics system-related matters.

Coordinate closely with warehouse operations, transport teams, customers, and system vendors.

Provide system training and guidance to users and junior staff. Support onboarding and setup for new customers and operational processes.

Escalate critical operational or system issues to management when necessary.

Requirements

Education

Diploma or Degree in: o Information Technology o Supply Chain Management o Logistics Management o Computer Science o Business Information System o Or related field

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics system support, warehouse operations, or supply chain environment.

Experience in 3PL logistics operations is highly preferred.

Exposure to system implementation, process improvement, or operational enhancement projects is an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of warehouse and logistics operational flow.

Good understanding of warehouse/logistics related systems.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Proactive mindset with strong sense of ownership.

Good project coordination and communication skills.

Able to manage multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Good Microsoft Excel and reporting analysis skills.

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
