Discover the Role

Act as an expert within P2P, ensuring high-quality delivery, resolving complex issues, and driving process improvements. Operates within a defined process area or team, handling complex operational activities, supporting continuous improvement, and ensuring achievement of service delivery objectives.



Key Responsibilities
  • Own end-to-end processing within assigned scope
  • Provide operational support and expertise within assigned team or process area
  • Resolve complex transactional and operational issues impacting service delivery
  • Handle exceptions and non-standard cases using judgment
  • Act as first point of contact for complex issues
  • Perform advanced reconciliations and root-cause investigations
  • Lead KPI analysis and performance insights
  • Identify improvement opportunities and support implementation of process enhancements within own scope
  • Drive process improvement and standardization initiatives
  • Support implementation of standards and best practices defined by SMEs, Managers, and Global Process Leads
  • Support audits and strengthen control environment
  • Mentor and guide junior team members
  • Lead knowledge-sharing sessions and documentation
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager


Key Requirements
  • University degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in P2P/AP
  • Strong experience with complex cases and reconciliations
  • Experience supporting audits and controls
  • Advanced ERP/system experience
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Good command of English
  • MS Office knowledge
