Ortho Solutions Hiring! Full Time Shipping Assistant in Pulau Pinang, Earn up to MYR 2,400 - Ricebowl

• Review, copy, scan and archive shipment document in the dedicated folder in server
• Esnure all physical related document and softcopy is stored as per plan
• Maintain confidentiality of all documentation as per requirement
• Prepare correct and accurate shipment document on time to ensure shipment will be done as per due date.
• Ensure all document that sent from preceding process comply with customer requirement.
• Collaborate closely with team members for daily operations to ensure process effetiveness.
• Archive date, document for historical purpose with proper filing system in order to facilitate easier retrieval
• Work with Quality team on correct and accurate quantity for shipping prior to accepting document
• Checking and ensuring all the date in Epicor system correctly updated before proceed to next process or job
• Checking and keeping track of the finished good inventory
• Handle for inventory stock packaging and shipment packaging activities by following work instructions accordingly
• Assist with the preparation of shipping-related documentsl eg. packing slip and invoice, print shipping label and shipment booking
• Other administrative duties and task assigned from direct supervisor
• Ensure all work related document is comply with ISO 13485 and QMS of Exalta Penang
• Ensure all DHR is filld with completeness with FDA and QMS requirements

Pay: From RM2,400.00 per month
