Salary:
S$15.95/hour (Frontline)

S$14.50/ hour(Backend)

Duration: 12 October 2026 - 31 December 2026

Location: Newton

• Handle enquiries from grant recipients via email and live chat.
• Selected staff will also be assigned to handle the SME Cash Grant hotline.
• Provide accurate and timely information on scheme eligibility, payouts and application-related matters.
• Maintain a professional, patient and customer-centric approach when interacting with recipients.
• Record and document summaries of customer interactions in the case management system.
• Escalate complex cases and operational issues to supervisors where required.
• Support operational and administrative tasks related to scheme administration as assigned.

 Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent.

Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
