Title: Crushing Clerk

Job description:

• Record incoming materials from customers accurately.
• Verify incoming items against packing lists and report any discrepancies; update records in Excel.
• Maintain and update sorting and crushing reports.
• Prepare summaries of sorting reports for review.
• Enter processing (PDT) and transfer notes into the Expert System.
• Manage delivery orders and open purchase orders efficiently.
• Oversee finished goods inventory in the warehouse.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels of PPE, first aid supplies, stationery, and production-use items.

Minimum Requirement:

• Minimum Education: Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Computer Skills: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Language: Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English (both written and spoken).
• Attention to Detail: Able to accurately handle data entry and check documentation.
• Team Player: Willing to support team members and work collaboratively in a production environment.
• Eagerness to Learn: Open to training and learning production processes and systems.
• Willingness to Work in Manufacturing Environment: Including warehouse and production floor settings.
• Good Attendance and Punctuality: Reliable and responsible attitude towards work schedule.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
