Help desk and operational support services;
Incident logging, tracking, escalation and closure;
Preparation and submission of Incident Reports;
Coordination with third-party vendors and stakeholders;
Onsite troubleshooting and rectification works;
Preventive and corrective maintenance support;
Attendance at operational meetings and service reviews;
Escalation management and service coordination.
