Job Responsibilities

• Assess and provide physiotherapy treatment based on patients’ conditions and needs.
• Provide rehabilitation for stroke, neurological, orthopaedic, post-surgery and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Develop and monitor personalised treatment plans.
• Conduct exercises, manual therapy and appropriate physiotherapy modalities.
• Provide home-based physiotherapy when required.
• Maintain accurate patient records and treatment progress.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and rehabilitation programs.
• Work closely with the team to ensure quality patient care.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Physiotherapy.
• Registered with the relevant professional body.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about patient care and rehabilitation.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in stroke/neuro rehabilitation is an added advantage.
• Willing to travel for home care sessions when required.
