Job Summary

Responsible for executing production planning activities from the receipt of customer orders to the delivery of finished goods. Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments to ensure on-time delivery and fulfillment of customer commitments.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive Purchase Orders (PO) from customers.
• Create sales orders for finished goods and component sales.
• Input forecast information into the system based on weekly, monthly, or PO requirements.
• Create Material Orders and release them to Store for material kitting.
• Perform weekly production scheduling.
• Check, monitor, and follow up on AOS (Assurance of Supply) issues to ensure smooth production flow.
• Liaise with Logistics to arrange shipment of finished goods to customers and handle RMA returns.
• Attend daily operation meetings with various departments.
• Monitor and ensure monthly sales targets are achieved.
• Track monthly KPIs, including OTD (On-Time Delivery) and CRD (Committed Required Date).
• Perform any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department (HOD).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any related field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
• Computer literate with strong attention to data accuracy.
• Knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
• Good communication skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
