Job Responsibilities

• Introduce assigned products and assist customers at the outlet
• Engage with customers and identify their product requirements
• Provide product explanations and recommend suitable options
• Promote ongoing offers and encourage customers to purchase
• Ensure products are properly placed and easy for customers to view
• Keep the assigned area clean, organised and ready for customers
• Assist with stock arrangement and replenishment when necessary
• Record basic sales information and highlight any outlet issues to the PIC

Job Requirements

• Sales, retail or promoter experience is an added advantage
• Confident and approachable when dealing with customers
• Able to communicate clearly and provide good customer service
• Interested in sales and willing to learn about the products
• Proactive and comfortable working in a retail environment
• Able to cooperate with outlet staff and team members
• Good attendance and able to commit to the agreed working days
