Job Description

Responsibilities

1. Carry out Quantity Take off for the project whichincludes sourcing for suppliers and sub-contractors, collating price comparisonand costing summary.

2. Study and identify discrepancies in tender/contractdocuments.

3. Produce quantity measurement within the targetedtimeline.

4. Prepare and call quotations including analyzing andevaluating for costing of tender; or negotiate and award of subcontracts forprojects.

5. To ensure completeness and timely submission of tenderbids.

6. Prepare cost budget, track changes in design/constructionwork and adjust budget projects accordingly.

7. Review and prepare agreements for award to subcontractorsand suppliers.

8. Certify and evaluate progress work done, includingcontract administration for variations for both subcontract and main contractworks.

9. Assess and submit monthly progress claims, and recommendthe subcontractor's monthly progress payment.

10. Finalise subcontract and main contract's final account.

11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying/ MechanicalEngineering or related discipline.

• Min. 1-2years of similar capacity experience in theSanitary & Plumbing Industry or M&E Industry would be an addedadvantage.

• Proficient in AutoCAD, BIM, Photoshop and MS OfficeApplications.

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-pacedenvironment.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
