Hiring! Full Time Mould Maintenance Technician (Shift) in Johor - Ricebowl

Perform troubleshooting and repair of injection moulding machines and related equipment.

Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to schedule.

Monitor machine performance and resolve equipment issues to minimise downtime.

Support moulding process improvement and machine optimisation activities.

Perform mould and equipment servicing, modification and repair works.

Troubleshoot ancillary equipment such as robotics, hopper loaders, dryers and related systems.

Liaise with external suppliers for machine repair and technical support when required.

Prepare maintenance reports and update equipment records.

Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies and quality requirements.

Support continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or related field.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in machinery maintenance, injection moulding or manufacturing environment.

Injection moulding experience is highly preferred.

Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic troubleshooting.

Able to read and understand mechanical, hydraulic and electrical drawings.

Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

OT payment at 1.5x
