Administrative Assistant
Job Description:
We are looking for a responsible and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure smooth business administration. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
Prepare documents, reports, and filing systems
Manage office supplies and maintain inventory
Schedule appointments, meetings, and company events
Assist with data entry and record keeping
Support HR or accounting tasks when required
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments
Maintain office cleanliness and organization
Requirements:
Minimum ITE, Diploma, or equivalent qualification
Prior administrative or office experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

In addition, we provides access control and CCTV solutions as well as various security hardwares.
Our customer profile includes Ministry of Defence and Ministry of Home Affairs, with past projects covering military installations and high security facilities. We’re MINDEF accredited System Integrator and DSTA Approved Contractor.
In addition to government security projects, MG & G Technology Pte Ltd also engages in commissioned projects such as designing and provision of access and security systems, notably security and safety projects in cooperation with the Changi Airport Group.
