Our esteemed client in the
Transportation/ Logistics industry
is seeking a
Shipping Coordinator/ Executive
to join their dynamic team:
Employment Type:
Permanent
Position:
Shipping Coordinator / Executive
Location:
Jurong East
Working Hours:
5 days (Mon to Thu, 8.30am to 6pm; Fri, 8.30am to 5.30pm)
Salary Package:
Up to $3,700 + Bonus
Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipment bookings and liaise with carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
Prepare and process shipping and export documentation accurately
Handle Dangerous Goods (DG) shipments in accordance with regulatory requirements
Arrange DG declaration submissions with carriers and co-loaders
Handle all necessary port and carrier declarations and regulatory filings required for hazardous materials, ensuring all documentation strictly adheres to international regulations and shipping guidelines.
Coordinate transportation and trucking arrangements for cargo movement
Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates on operational status
Job Requirements:
At least Diploma in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain or related discipline.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
Able to start work in short notice.
