Criteria
1. HR Legislation Expertise
- Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of all HR-related laws and regulations.
2. HR Administrative Experience
- Extensive hands-on involvement in key HR processes, including:
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Employee cessation and exit management
- Industrial relations and dispute resolution
- Foreign worker administration and engagement
- Payroll management and compliance
- Preparation of monthly HR reports
3. Specialization in Training & Development (T&D) / Human Capital Development
- Majority of career focused on T&D and workforce development.
- Actively contributed to or led policy formulation within organizations.
- Proficient in current technologies and practices in T&D / Human Capital Development.
- Well-versed in leadership competency frameworks (e.g., Hogan Leadership framework).
- Maintains a strong network of qualified training partners specializing in leadership development.
Role Expectations
- Provide leadership, strategic direction, and effective management of HR administrative functions and teams.
- Collaborate with Group leadership to develop a long-term strategic roadmap for Human Capital Development.
- Design and implement a Human Capital Development framework built on a “bottom-up hiring” philosophy.
- Recruit and build a high-performing team aligned with organizational strategic objectives.
- Champion and embed the Human Capital Development framework across the organization to drive sustainable growth
Pay: RM15,000.00 - RM18,000.00 per month
