Job Responsibilities
- Assist with monthly payroll processing, including attendance, overtime, allowances, deductions and statutory contributions.
- Prepare and verify payroll reports and related documentation.
- Coordinate with payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
- Assist with statutory submissions and payroll-related compliance matters.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including documentation, payroll setup and employee records.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
- Assist with benefits administration, staff claims and HR documentation.
- Support HR audits and provide relevant payroll and employee documentation when required.
- Ensure employee information is handled confidentially and in accordance with company policies.
- Provide general HR administrative support and assist with ad-hoc HR projects.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration. Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes, statutory requirements and employment regulations.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and familiarity with HR/payroll systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
