Job Responsibilities:

• Work with administrative and sales colleagues to support the company’s sales and order administration operations.

• Provide order fulfilment support, including shipping and delivery arrangements, invoicing, delivery orders, etc., and liaise with customers and suppliers on related matters.

• Support quotation preparation and sourcing activities.

• Maintain and update supplier, sales, and customer records.

• Work as part of a team to ensure customer satisfaction and provide quality service.

Requirements:

• Basic administrative or sales coordinator experience

• GCE “O” Level, Nitec, Higher Nitec orDiploma in any discipline

• Able to work as a team

• Process positive and inspire working attitude

• Hardworking, good determination and committed to accelerate the growth with the company.
