Specification Requirements:

• Possession of SPM, Diploma, or higher academic qualification. Recent graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficiency in spoken Mandarin and English (or Bahasa Malaysia), enabling confident and effective communication with B2B stakeholders.
• Fundamental computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Whatapp, and CRM software platforms.
• Previous exposure to B2B or B2C sales environments is considered a distinct advantage.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, telesales, call centre operations, or customer service is advantageous.
• Demostrated professional telephone etiquette, patience, and composure when engaging in repetitive outbound calling activities.
•  Strong goal orientation and resilience - capacity to manage rejection professionally while sustaining motivation and performance. 

 Working Hours:

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9.00AM - 6.00PM
• Overtime: Able to work overtime when required.Overtime pay is calculated strictly in accordance with the Employment Act.

 Remuneration Package:

• Basic: RM 2,300 - RM 3,000 (Commensurate with qualifications and relevant experience)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are an established wholesaler specialising in mobile accessories and technology gadgets. As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a proactive, meticulous, and results-driven Inside Sales Coordinator to reinforce our sales operations and client engagement initiatives.

Principal Responsibilities:

•  Conduct outbound telephone calls to prospective B2B clients from designated lead lists to present the company's product portfolio and value proposition.
• Adhere to prescribed call scripts and sales pitches while exercising professional judgement to adapt to individual client responses and circumstances.
• Execute consistent and systematic follow-up with warm leads to advance the sales cycle toward appointment scheduling or successful transaction closure.
• Escalate complex or high-value prospect engagements to the Inside Sales Pioneer or appropriate senior sales personnel for strategic oversight.
• Manage inbound enquiry calls and Whatsapp communications, ensuring appropriate routing or effective closure in accordance with established protocols.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of call outcomes, client particulars, and scheduled follow-up actions within the CRM system or designed tracking spreadsheet.
• Achieve prescribed daily and weekly targets for call volume and lead conversion as established by the Inside Sales Pioneer.
