Responsibilities

Job Title: Project Manager, Client Connectivity (Global Payment Solutions)

Contract:12-Month Contract (Extension or Perm conversion potential)

Are you an experienced Project Manager with a track record of delivering complex, high-stakes transformation in transaction banking? We are seeking a Project Manager within Global Payments Solutions (GPS) to drive a critical initiative transforming our global client connectivity, channels, and operating models.

You will own the end-to-end delivery of client connectivity work packages, managing cross-functional integration across digital channels, host-to-host/API connectivity, SWIFT services, and security entitlements with zero disruption to client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of integrated plans, RAID logs, change controls, and senior governance reporting through to cutover and hypercare.
  • Coordinate target-state impact analysis across GPS channels/services, turning complex technical and operational gaps into actionable, risk-managed migration plans.
  • Orchestrate approvals across Legal, Compliance, Financial Crime, Operational, and Tech Risk stewards; oversee legal entity updates, addenda, and audit-ready documentation aligning with 3 Lines of Defence.
  • Lead runbook execution, operational readiness, and post-cutover performance metrics to ensure seamless transition to BAU.
  • Direct third-party and outsourcing partners to ensure alignment with critical path milestones and risk control standards.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Atleast 5+ years project management experience delivering complex transformation within regulated financial services (Payments / Transaction Banking / Connectivity experience strongly preferred).
  • Understanding of host-to-host, file/API integrations, digital channels, SWIFT, and entitlement models.
  • Exceptional capability to influence across Business, Tech, Operations, and Risk functions in multi-location environments.
  • Expertise in producing audit-ready governance artefacts and working alongside Risk/Legal teams. Familiarity with MAS / Singapore regulatory expectations is a major plus.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are highly regarded.
