Job Summary

Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect construction works, ensuring compliance with statutory codes and quality standards while resolving on-site issues effectively.

Responsibilities

• Lead architectural site staff to monitor, supervise, and inspect works as directed by CAG, QP(S), project consultants, and FUI owners to ensure compliance and quality
• Apply strong leadership and organizational skills to coordinate site activities and foster effective team collaboration
• Interpret and enforce statutory codes and requirements for site supervision, quality control, construction administration, and progress reporting
• Utilize technical knowledge and quick decision-making to manage and resolve on-site issues promptly
• Analyze site conditions and communicate findings clearly through strong verbal and written communication
  
  

Required Competencies And Certifications

• Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects (from "Possess an Architectural degree recognized by the Board of Architects.")
• Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, including at least 3 years supervising works of similar complexity (from "Minimum 5 years of relevant architectural experience, of which at least 3 years in supervision of works similar in complexity.")
  
  

Preferred Competencies And Qualifications

• Experience focused on Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems, or Interior Architecture fit-out works (from "Focus experience in Roof & Façade systems, Architectural systems or Interior Architecture fit-out works preferred.")
• Strong supervision and leadership skills (from "Possess strong supervision and leadership skills.")
• Awareness that the proportion of A.RA shall not exceed 30% of total RA team strength (from "Proportion of A.RA shall not exceed 30% of total RA team strength.")
