We are a Fin-Tech company excelling in financial technology focusing on Consumer Lending as well as Commercial Financing.
Cash Bridge is an Australian company, based in Melbourne.
Currently we are looking for candidate with Great Customer Service skills to join the team in assisting and improving the customer service of the Company.

Candidates will require to work with hours align with the working hours in Melbourne (AEST).

According to time in Melbourne, Australia, 9am to 5.30pm.
During day light saving season, working time may change.

Essential Skills
-Strong knowledge in Communication.
-Proficiency in written and spoken English is essential.
- Excellent communication, customer service, organisational, time management and problem-solving skills.
- Passionate in providing outstanding customer experience.
- Highly attentive to details and precise at work.
- Good understanding of company procedures, rules and regulations to avoid misrepresentation.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience for this position.
