Nucleus Advisory is a Malaysian talent management and consulting firm. We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join our Interview Ready partner program as freelance content creators and sales partners.

Interview Ready is our RM 98 career coaching and interview preparation program designed for graduates, job seekers, and young professionals.

This is a 100% commission-based role — no base salary, no retainer. You earn based entirely on the sales you generate through your unique referral code.

What You Will Do:

• Create marketing content to promote Interview Ready across your social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp)
• Actively promote the program within your personal and professional networks — campus groups, career communities, student associations, graduate networks
• Use your assigned referral code at checkout — every sale is tracked and attributed to you
• We provide brand guidelines, product information, and a digital brochure pack — you bring the creativity and the hustle

What You Earn:

• RM 1.00 - RM 3.00 per successful sale (based on volume tier)
• RM 200 bonus for every 50 sales in a month
• Example: 100 sales = RM 200 commission + RM 200 bonus = RM 400
• Example: 500 sales = RM 1,000 commission + RM 400 bonus = RM 1,400
• Earnings scale directly with your network size and effort

Requirements:

• Based in Malaysia
• Active on social media with a personal or professional network
• Comfortable with direct sales, outreach, and networking
• Self-motivated and results-oriented
• Fluent in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• No prior experience required — we provide the tools and product knowledge

This Role Is NOT For You If:

• You need a guaranteed monthly salary or retainer
• You are not willing to actively promote and sell
• You do not have any network or access to student/graduate communities

Pay: RM1,453.33 - RM4,712.80 per month
