Join Our Kitchen Team
We are looking for passionate kitchen professionals to grow with us at Godmama Modern Peranakan Cuisine.

Roles & Responsibilities
• Prepare and cook dishes according to the restaurant’s recipes and standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and portioning.
• Carry out daily food preparation and mise en place before service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and proper food storage procedures.
• Check ingredients and ensure proper FIFO and stock rotation.
• Minimise food wastage and report low stock or quality issues.
• Assist with receiving and storing kitchen supplies.
• Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Carry out other kitchen duties assigned by the Head Chef or management.
Requirements
• Previous kitchen/cooking experience is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good teamwork and positive working attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Experience in Asian, local or Peranakan cuisine is an advantage.
