Job Summary
Support warehouse operations by assisting in inventory verification, updating records, conducting stock counts, and maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment.
Responsibilities
Assist Store Supervisor by physically checking received, issued, and dispatched goods to verify quantities and conditions accurately
Update inventory data and records in the system to maintain accurate stock information
Pick and pack stocks efficiently to prepare orders for dispatch
Assist in stock counts and cycle counts to monitor and maintain appropriate stock levels
Perform housekeeping of warehouse premises following 5S standards to ensure a safe and organized work environment
Carry out other duties assigned by immediate superior to support warehouse operations
Required competencies and certifications
Ability to read and write English to communicate and record inventory data
Data entry skills to update inventory records accurately
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Secondary or ITE education
1 to 2 years of related store or warehouse working experience
