1. To manage all aspects of shipping operations, including scheduling, documentation, and communication with relevant parties.

2. Oversee the logistics of inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays or disruptions.

3. To deal with carriers and freight forwarders to select the most cost-effective and reliable transportation options for shipments.

4.Ensure compliance with shipping regulations, customs requirements, and international trade laws to facilitate smooth and lawful transportation of goods.

5.  To Monitor shipping costs and & negotiation with carriers, optimizing shipping routes, or implementing efficiency improvements.

6.Request and compare quotations from suppliers.

7.Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and other purchasing conditions.

8.Prepare and process purchase orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.

9.Monitor purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.

10.Maintain accurate purchasing records, supplier information, and documentation.

11.Monitor market prices and identify opportunities for cost savings.

12.Prepare purchasing reports and provide updates on procurement activities when required.

13.Maintain confidentiality and proper documentation of commercial and supplier information.

Qualification:

1. Diploma/Degree in business administration, logistic or a related field .

2. Experience in logistics, transportation, or shipping 

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 

4. Able to work indepently
