Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organized JUNIOR HR EXECUTIVE to join our Human Resource team. This role will support day-to-day HR operations, payroll administration, employee relations, training coordination, and HR documentation across our HQ and branches.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle monthly payroll and statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS and PCB.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related enquiries.
• Process monthly payroll, staff claims, overtime, medical benefits, leave, and attendance records.
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare HR reports and documentation relating to recruitment, performance reviews, employee relations, and grievances.
• Coordinate and support training programs, including documentation and staff development initiatives.
• Handle general HR correspondence and provide administrative support for HR activities.
• Perform other HR-related duties and ad-hoc assignments as required by management.
• Liaise with employees across HQ and branches, as well as relevant external authorities when necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of relevant HR experience will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Malaysian Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, Payroll management and Labour legislation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good planning, organizing, and administrative skills.
• Systematic and detail-oriented in maintaining HR records and documentation.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM2,700.00 per month
