Salary: SGD 1,300 per month

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and reliable Production Operators to join our semiconductor manufacturing team in Singapore. Candidates with semiconductor and cleanroom manufacturing experience are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment according to work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Perform wafer handling and visual inspection using a microscope.
• Work in a controlled cleanroom manufacturing environment.
• Ensure products meet required quality standards and specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures, cleanroom protocols, and company policies.
• Complete production records and documentation accurately.
• Support daily production targets and production activities.
• Participate in continuous improvement and housekeeping activities.

Requirements

• Minimum Secondary School education or equivalent.
• MUST have semiconductor manufacturing experience.
• MUST be able to communicate in English.
• MUST be able to provide valid education certificates.
• Experience working in a cleanroom environment is required.
• Experience with wafer handling and microscope inspection is preferred.
• MUST be willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts, including Day & Night Shift.
• MUST be willing to undergo 3 months of day & night shift rotation.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Responsible, disciplined, and willing to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
