• Operate and monitor semiconductor packaging/production equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Load, run, and unload materials/wafers/panels on assigned machines within specified process parameters
• Perform in-process quality checks and inspections; flag any deviations, defects, or abnormalities to engineers or supervisors
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation (manual or system-based)
• Ensure equipment cleanliness, housekeeping (5S), and adherence to cleanroom protocols
• Support troubleshooting of minor equipment issues and escalate major issues promptly
• Follow safety, health, and environmental (SHE) guidelines at all times
• Work collaboratively with process engineers, technicians, and shift teams to meet production targets
• Participate in on-the-job training and skill development programs
• Be willing to work rotating shifts as required by production schedules

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM7,345.00 per month
