KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the day-to-day cleaning operations at assigned client sites.
• Manage and maintain good working relationships with clients and building representatives.
• Conduct regular site visits and proactively attend to client feedback, complaints and operational issues.
• Supervise and coordinate local and foreign cleaning workers, including attendance, deployment and work allocation.
• Ensure cleaning services are carried out according to client requirements, schedules and service standards.
• Monitor the overall cleanliness, housekeeping and service quality of the assigned site.
• Identify manpower or operational issues and coordinate with management for timely resolution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on any service deficiencies or corrective actions.
• Prepare basic site and operational reports for management.
• Travel between assigned client sites when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant field or equivalent working experience.
• Experience in cleaning services, housekeeping, facilities management or site operations will be an advantage.
• Basic supervisory experience in the cleaning services industry will be an added advantage.
• Comfortable managing and communicating with local and foreign workers.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in dealing with clients.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently.
• Good coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel between client sites.
• Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
