We are looking for a motivated and energetic Salon Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring our clients receive a premium experience from the moment they walk in. You will work closely with our senior stylists, helping with client preparation, technical applications, and maintaining a spotless salon environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring stylist or cosmetology student looking to gain hands-on experience and learn from top industry professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Client Hospitality: Greet clients warmly, serve refreshments, manage the waiting area, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stylist Support: Assist senior stylists with shampooing, conditioning, rinsing treatments, and preparing color mixtures under supervision.
• Salon Maintenance: Keep the salon clean and hygienic by sweeping hair, sanitizing tools, cleaning workstations, and managing the laundry (towels and capes).
• Front Desk Assistance: Help answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and check out clients during peak hours.
• Inventory Control: Monitor product stock levels at backwash stations and ensure retail shelves are neatly displayed and restocked.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education/Experience: Basic salon experience or enrollment in a hairdressing/cosmetology course is preferred, but passionate fresh graduates/beginners are welcome to apply.
• Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills. Must be a team player with a positive, hard-working attitude.
• Language: Ability to speak [English / Bahasa Malaysia / Mandarin]
• Availability: Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
