Are you passionate about AI, Cybersecurity, Robotics and Industry 4.0 — and excited about exploring what’s next?

Join SHRDC’s Malaysian Smart Factory 4.0 team and work on real industry challenges, applied R&D and hands-on technology projects.

Your Role:

- Conduct application-based R&D in AI, Generative AI, AI Agents, Cybersecurity and Industry 4.0
- Explore emerging technologies such as AI Agents, AI in Robotics and Edge AI
- Co-develop hands-on projects and Proof-of-Concepts with industry partners
- Design and develop technical training & education modules
- Deliver hands-on training, workshops and industry advisory
- Translate emerging technologies into practical industry use cases
- Share knowledge and technology developments with the industry and wider community

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science, AI, Cybersecurity, Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, Industry 4.0 or related fields
- Passionate about exploring and experimenting with new technologies
- Strong interest in AI Agents, AI in Robotics and emerging AI technologies
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to learn, build, test and improve
- Passionate about sharing knowledge and contributing to the technology community
- Good communication, presentation and problem-solving skills
- Experience in AI/GenAI, software development, cybersecurity, robotics, IoT, automation or industrial systems is an advantage
