We are looking for a powerhouse VP of Operations

While our founder is out opening doors and driving the macro-vision, you will own the engine room. You are a relentless executor and a masterful systems-integrator who thrives on turning grand visions into flawless, day-to-day operational realities. You will oversee our backend departments, ensure seamless multi-jurisdictional compliance, and scale our internal workflows to match our global growth.

• Total Backend Oversight: Take full ownership of the day-to-day management across our technology, compliance, finance, and administrative departments.
• Workflow & System Optimization: Design, implement, and enforce internal company structures to ensure the seamless execution of fractional investments and secondary trading services.
• Multi-Jurisdictional Compliance: Act as the operational anchor for our regulatory frameworks, ensuring strict, risk-averse compliance across our licensed operations in Hong Kong, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
• Execution of Strategy: Translate the founder’s PR wins, market introductions, and new partnerships into functional, scalable, and profitable operations.
• Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing backend team, resolving daily bottlenecks and keeping the organizational gears turning efficiently.
