LDO Hiring! Full Time Junior Cyber Security Analyst in Selangor - Ricebowl

Key Responsibilities:

Monitoring:

• Continuous monitoring of security events using a SIEM platform
• Analyzing alerts to identify potential threats and false positives
• Incident Triage and Escalation: Performing initial investigation and triage for identified security incidents.
• Escalating complex incidents to L2 SOC tier or ENG teams.

Threat Detection:

• Identifying and responding to suspicious activity or anomalies in network traffic and system behavior
• Developing familiarity with threat intelligence feeds to recognize and/or perform searches with indicators of compromise (IOCs)

Log Management:

• Collecting, parsing, and correlating logs from various sources
• Ensuring proper log retention and assisting in compliance-related log reviews

Requirement / Behavioral competencies

• Ability and autonomy to manage and complex tasks

• Proactive understanding of an incident’s root causes and assess the potential impact
• Salary range from RM3,000 until RM5,500 (based on experience) + Free lunch provided
