Job Summary

Manage marine vessel projects by overseeing engineering, procurement, construction, and installation to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery of equipment and services.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager and Project Supervisors to coordinate project activities and ensure alignment with objectives
• Communicate effectively with Yard engineering-in-charge to facilitate project progress and resolve technical matters
• Manage project phases including engineering, procurement, equipment delivery, and manpower allocation to meet deadlines and quality standards
• Supervise construction and installation of marine vessels and equipment to maintain structural integrity and compliance with specifications
• Diagnose technical issues promptly and develop actionable rectification plans to minimize downtime and maintain operational standards
• Enforce safety, health, and welfare protocols consistently throughout project execution to protect personnel and assets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Marine HVAC projects, preferably in the marine and offshore industry
• Familiarity with marine regulations and classification society standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
