accounting officer

Responsibilities
Bookkeeping:
Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain the general ledger.
Invoicing & Payments:
Create, issue, and process invoices, bills, and employee expense claims.
Reconciliation:
Match purchase orders, receipts, and bank statements to fix errors.
Collections:
Track overdue accounts and follow up with clients or vendors on payments.
Reporting Support:
Help prepare budgets, financial statements, and audit documents.
Requirements & Skills
Education:
A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
Software:
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and accounting tools like QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
Soft Skills:
High attention to detail, good math skills, and strong organization.
