About the Role

As Concept Dash builds its presence in Malaysia, we're looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to drive online visibility, generate qualified leads, and support integrated marketing campaigns across digital, events, and sales enablement channels. You'll bring a strong understanding of the Malaysian digital landscape and collaborate closely with our global marketing and sales teams to execute campaigns that resonate with local audiences and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Drive SEO, PPC, SEM, keyword research, and performance optimisation.
• Create marketing content including website content, emails, social media, brochures, and case studies.
• Support events, exhibitions, conferences, PR, and sales enablement activities.
• Track campaign performance using GA4, Google Ads, and social media analytics.
• Prepare marketing reports and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, business leaders, agencies, and regional stakeholders.
• Maintain brand consistency across marketing channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• 1+ years of digital marketing experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of the Malaysian digital marketing landscape.
• Experience with Google Ads, GA4, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Good understanding of SEO, SEM, A/B testing, and marketing analytics.
• Strong English communication and content-writing skills.
• Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and Google Workspace/Microsoft Office.
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia for events and business engagements.
