About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused E-Commerce Online Sales Executive to join our team.

You will be responsible for managing online customer enquiries, assisting customers with product selection, following up on leads, and converting enquiries into sales across our e-commerce platforms.

If you enjoy communicating with customers, have a strong interest in online sales and e-commerce, and are comfortable using platforms such as Shopee, TikTok Shop and WhatsApp, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries through Shopee, TikTok Shop, WhatsApp and other online channels
• Respond to customers promptly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Provide product information, pricing and promotions
• Follow up with potential customers and convert enquiries into sales
• Process and monitor online orders
• Assist customers with payment, delivery and order-related enquiries
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide after-sales support
• Update customer information and sales records in the company's system
• Achieve individual and team sales targets
• Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve online sales performance

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English
• Mandarin is an added advantage
• Comfortable communicating with customers through chat and messaging platforms
• Positive, responsible and customer-oriented
• Willing to learn about products and e-commerce sales
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Sales or e-commerce experience is an advantage
• Experience with Shopee / TikTok Shop / WhatsApp sales is highly preferred
