• Handle sales enquiries and provide professional product and design consultation.
• Understand customers' project requirements, budget, preferences, and timeline.
• Recommend suitable building materials, finishes, colours, and product combinations.
• Prepare quotations, product proposals, and basic design presentations.
• Read and interpret floor plans, drawings, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Follow up on quotations, sales leads, orders, deliveries, and project progress.
• Visit project sites when required to understand site conditions and requirements.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and develop new project leads.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and project sales objectives.
• Keep updated on new building materials, products, trends, and competitors.
• Ensure orders and project details are accurately recorded and communicated.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve project or product-related issues professionally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building/Construction, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, renovation, interior design, construction, or project sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to understand drawings, measurements, and basic technical specifications.
• Computer literate; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
