Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily site activities
• Monitor construction progress and ensure work is completed according to schedule
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers and workers
• Ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications and quality standards
• Monitor site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements
• Prepare site reports and update project progress
• Attend to site issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant construction/site experience
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and handle site matters
• Willing to travel/work at construction sites
• Fresh candidates with relevant experience may also be considered

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
