Our client is a growing professional services firm providing taxation, business consultancy, bookkeeping and business process outsourcing services.

They are looking for a Finance Associate to join their team. This is a good opportunity for someone who is keen to gain broader exposure across different areas of finance and accounting.

Position: Finance Associate

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
• Support Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions.
• Assist with basic taxation-related work and documentation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and filing.
• Assist with client-related accounting and finance matters.
• Support the team with various finance and administrative tasks as required.
• Take on different responsibilities depending on business and client requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field.
• Some accounting, bookkeeping or finance experience will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of English.
• Detail-oriented, organised and responsible.
• Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks.
• Willing to learn and take on different areas of finance.
• Positive work attitude and good communication skills.
• Personal transport is preferred, but candidates without transport are welcome to apply provided they are able to travel when required.

Remuneration Package:

• Basic: RM2,500 – RM3,500
• EPF & Socso
• Bonus
• Medical reimbursement up to RM150 pa

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday working schedule
• 08.00am - 5.00pm

Pay: Up to RM3,500.00 per month
