Job Description:

• Support in daily operations & customer service
• Prepare monthly sales report
• Perform admin support duties - Data entries, keying of Invoices, photocopying, filing, scanning, etc
• Any other ad-hoc admin duties assigned by superior
• Assist in operations of the sales department
• Update sales report daily
• Generate purchase and delivery orders
• Liaise with suppliers to place order
• Liaise with customers and installation team and manage installation schedule.
• Chase outstanding payments from customers and resolve disputes with customers.

• Able to perform and eager to learn
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Able to work under pressure
• Computer literate and good communication skill
