JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for supporting daily shipping and logistics activities, ensuring goods are prepared, documented, and shipped accurately and on time according to customer and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process shipping documents, delivery orders, invoices, packing lists, and other relevant documentation.
• Coordinate daily shipment arrangements with customers, forwarders, transporters, and internal departments.
• Verify shipment details including quantity, part number, customer requirements, and delivery schedule.
• Assist in arranging transportation and coordinating collection and delivery of goods.
• Prepare, pack, label, and stage finished goods for shipment according to shipping requirements.
• Ensure all shipping documents are complete and properly filed for record purposes.
• Update shipment status in the system and maintain accurate shipping records.
• Monitor delivery schedules and follow up with forwarders or transporters on shipment status.
• Assist in resolving shipping discrepancies, delivery issues, and documentation errors.
• Coordinate with Warehouse, Production, Planning, Purchasing, Customer Service, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth shipment operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable shipping regulations.
• Support inventory and warehouse activities when required.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by the superior.

Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics processes.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle documentation accurately.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willing to work overtime or according to operational requirements when necessary.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
