Job Description
Responsibilities
- 3–7 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, Shared Services, or Accounting Operations.
- Japanese language proficiency is mandatory (Read, Write & Speak). Candidates should also have business-level English communication skills.
- Candidates should have hands-on experience in invoice processing, PO matching, invoice validation, payment processing, staff expense claims, and AP workflow management.
- Experience supporting Japan AP operations, shared services, BPO environments, or working with Japanese stakeholders will be highly preferred.
- Candidates should be familiar with purchase orders, vendor invoices, payment controls, reconciliation activities, and month-end deadlines.
- Experience with Pegasus, Pegasus Edge, AP Central, or similar AP/ERP systems will be an added advantage.
- Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, and other workflow tools.
