What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare bouquets, flower arrangements, hampers and other floral products according to customer requirements.
• Handle daily flower preparation, conditioning and maintenance.
• Ensure flowers and floral products are prepared neatly and efficiently.
• Assist with customer orders and customised floral arrangements.
• Support floral production during busy periods and peak seasons.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the floral preparation area.
• Perform other general florist duties as required.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum Secondary or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a Florist.
• Strong practical skills in bouquet making and floral arrangements.
• Able to work independently and complete floral arrangements efficiently.
• Able to handle customer orders and work in a fast-paced environment.
