Oxford Asset Management Limited is a well-established property investment and asset management company based in Wanchai. To support our continued growth, we are inviting high-calibre candidates to join our team as Accounting Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee full sets of accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, tax compliance, and month-end closings across all business entities.
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance of multi-building property management operations, identifying efficiency improvements and strategic insights for Hong Kong, PRC & Overseas Regions.
• Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning cycles, while managing complex ad-hoc financial analyses to support executive decision-making.
• Participate in ad hoc projects analysis and implementation as assigned.
• Coordinate statutory audits, banking and treasury matters
• Supervise, mentor, and review the work of the accounting team to drive operational excellence.
• Liaise directly with external auditors, tax consultants, financial institutions, and internal stakeholders in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and Overseas Regions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Qualified Accountant (ACCA or HKICPA) or equivalent qualification with a recognized professional accounting body.
• 15 or more years of solid accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Proven background in property management, property investment, or the leasing industry is highly preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including complex financial modelling), Word, and PowerPoint.
• Hands-on experience with FlexSystem (FION / FIONA) is a strong advantage.
• Strong leadership, self-motivated, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
