About the Role:

As a HR Executive you will be working with global employees closely in providing HR support in employee life cycle matters and ensuring that the data are maintained and processed accurately and timely

What You'll Do:

• Maintain and update employee compensation and benefits data, including salary adjustments, bonus information, off-cycle salary increments, and other employee-related changes.
• Process and maintain employees’ time-related data including absence quotas, work schedules, overtime, substitutions, and other relevant records.
• Administer employee benefits including medical, welfare, severance payments, and other applicable benefits.
• Prepare and deliver monthly HR reports according to the reporting schedule as well as ad-hoc reports when required.
• Resolving employee or local HR queries related to employee life-cycle through case management tools, email, and phone.
• Support local HR teams with specific or exceptional HR cases, including providing input on process requirements and appropriate solutions.
• Maintain HR documentation and ensure user guides, process documents, and related materials are accurate and up to date.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance HR processes, service delivery, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Work closely with counterparts across the APAC region to provide HR support on employee lifecycle-related matters.

Who We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant HR experience are welcome to apply.
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin language (reading, writing and spoken) is required due to the nature of job.
• Must be willing to work on public holidays to support end users based in other countries.
