Senior Developer – LIMS
Location: Cyberjaya(onsite)

Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior LIMS Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and related laboratory IT solutions. The role will work closely with laboratory teams, IT teams, and business stakeholders to improve laboratory processes, integrate systems, and support digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, configure, maintain, and support LIMS applications.
Manage system releases, upgrades, testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Support LIMS implementation and enhancement projects.
Integrate LIMS with ERP, MES, laboratory instruments, and other applications.
Develop and maintain system interfaces, APIs, and data integrations.
Translate laboratory business requirements into effective digital solutions.
Automate and optimize laboratory workflows and processes.
Ensure system performance, stability, data integrity, and availability.
Work with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
Follow CSV, quality, compliance, cybersecurity, and data protection requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Natural Sciences, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in LIMS, software development, system integration, or laboratory informatics.
Hands-on experience with LabVantage and/or LabWare is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of LIMS administration and development.
Good experience with SQL and databases.
Knowledge of system integration, APIs, and data interfaces.
Understanding of laboratory processes and digitalization.
Knowledge of Computerized System Validation (CSV) and quality/compliance requirements is an advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English
