• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities (rooms, public areas, equipment, etc.)

• Handle repair work related to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance

• Respond to maintenance requests from guests and staff in a timely manner

• Coordinate with external contractors for specialized services

• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations

• Keep accurate maintenance records and reports

• Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or related technical field

• Minimum 2–3 years of maintenance experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment

• Good knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, etc.)

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills

• Able to work independently and in a team
