Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote IT support to customers.
• Set up and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers and peripheral devices.
• Diagnose hardware faults and perform component replacement, upgrades and HDD/SSD cloning.
• Set up and troubleshoot routers, switches, Wi-Fi and Internet connectivity.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Outlook, email and antivirus issues.
• Assist with servers, NAS, VPN, cloud and VPS connectivity.
• Perform PC installation, data migration and basic system maintenance.
• Identify root causes and escalate unresolved cases with complete information.
• Update support tickets, job status and service documentation.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking or a related field.
• At least two years of relevant IT support experience.
• Hands-on experience in computer hardware and network troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, routers, switches and Wi-Fi.
• Experience setting up and troubleshooting email, Outlook and antivirus software.
• Possess a valid driving licence and own transport.
• Responsible, responsive and able to follow up cases independently.
• Good communication, teamwork and documentation skills.
• Willing to learn and occasionally work beyond normal hours when required.
