Universal Robina Munchy's (URM), part of Universal Robina Corporation (URC), is looking for an:

Position Title: Assistant Sales Manager (General Trade)

Employment Type: Full-time

The Assistant Sales Manager (General Trade) is responsible to ensure the sales operations for the assigned channel (General Trade) and region is effectively handled towards the achievement of company’s objectives.

What are the Job Responsibilities?

• Meeting sales target with assigned region or distributor partner
• Collaborate with distributor partner in recruiting and retaining Sales Rep including On Job Training to the team to be effective and efficient
• Proactively understand market needs and develop business solutions to meet the company and market’s requirements
• Meet and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
• Promoting existing and new products
• Building rapport with indirect customers by providing information, support, latest market information and recommendation of new opportunities
• Preparing reports and analysis for monthly meeting
• Provide feedback on sales trends and opportunities
• Ensure funds allocated are spend and track within the assigned territory or channel
• Ensure sales plan is executed as per plan
• Ensure speed to market are adhere to the agreed timeline
• Ensures best in class execution is being carried out at store level
• Work closely with cross function

What are the Key requirements ?

• Minimum Diploma Holder or higher
• Minimum 3 years related experience with minimum 2 years sales experiences in sales operation management or distributor management
• Experience in the FMCG industry is an added advantage
